At Ausco, the health and safety of our employees, customers, and visitors is our top priority. Guided by our core values, we strive to provide a safe work environment by proactively identifying and eliminating hazards. Believing all incidents are preventable, we encourage employees to report concerns immediately, allowing us to take corrective action and continuously improve safety performance.
We foster a culture of safety through collaboration, ensuring our processes prevent accidents and injuries. Transparency is key – we provide regular updates to build trust and reinforce our commitment. Environment
Ausco have always implemented a sustainable business approach that includes the utilisation of recycling processes and the integration of solar technology in our operations to reduce our environmental impact. Since June 2018, we have installed 110 solar panels at our Malaga site to reduce our carbon footprint, and we are proud to have seen a 50% reduction in power consumption from the grid. In addition, we have implemented LED lighting throughout our facility to further decrease reliance on fossil fuels.
