The Ausco Maritime Autonomous System (AMAS) Intelligent Buoy is a sovereign-engineered autonomous maritime platform designed to provide persistent communications, sensing, surveillance and data connectivity across complex maritime environments.

Designed and manufactured in Australia, AMAS provides a rapidly deployable offshore node capable of connecting sensors, autonomous platforms, shore infrastructure and remote operators across distributed maritime networks.

From persistent maritime surveillance and ocean monitoring to unmanned system operations and remote sensing, AMAS provides the infrastructure required to extend secure communications and situational awareness from space to subsea.

Connected from Space to Subsea

AMAS provides a flexible communications and sensing platform capable of integrating satellite communications, unmanned surface vessels (USVs), unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs), seabed sensors and remote monitoring systems.

Its modular architecture enables the platform to be configured for defence, maritime security, offshore energy, environmental monitoring and autonomous maritime operations.

Persistent Maritime Operations

Solar-powered and equipped with secure mesh networking, AMAS is designed for persistent operation in remote and demanding maritime environments.

Multiple AMAS platforms can be deployed to create distributed maritime networks, extending communications and situational awareness beyond conventional shore-based infrastructure.

Modular Mission Capability

AMAS can support a range of mission-specific payloads including maritime surveillance systems, AIS, cameras, environmental sensors, acoustic systems, subsea communications and secure data relay.

Proven Maritime Deployment

AMAS technology has been successfully deployed in Singapore, supporting an integrated maritime security program and unmanned surface vessel operations.
